Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting management experience.
• Experience with fixed assets, capitalization, and depreciation.
• Proficiency in Blackline and Hyperion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations related to fixed assets, including capitalization and depreciation.
• Conduct regular financial analysis on asset utilization and useful life, identifying cost savings opportunities.
• Develop and report on capitalization metrics for management decisions.
• Oversee CAPEX reporting for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure intercompany fixed asset transactions are identified, recorded, and eliminated.
• Utilize Blackline and Hyperion to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to reflect transactions in financial statements.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
