F5 Networks, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Accountant to join Corporate Accounting. You will own fixed asset and lease accounting, including ASC 842 and ASC 350-40 related capitalization, with cross-functional partnership across Procurement, IT, and FP&A.

The ideal candidate has hands-on US GAAP experience, Oracle EBS expertise, and interest in process automation using AI tools to improve workflows. This hybrid role is based in Seattle and offers exposure to a leading multi-cloud security

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
CPA designation or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public companies or high-growth organizations.
Experience managing close processes, SOX controls, and internal reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee fixed assets and lease accounting lifecycle, including depreciation and capitalizations.
Manage internal-use software capitalization and cloud computing arrangement costs.
Collaborate with Procurement, IT, FP&A, Real Estate/Facilities, and Tax for accurate accounting.
Support monthly close, disclosures, and internal controls; partner with auditors as needed.
