Job summary

DailyPay, Inc. is seeking a Manager - Accounting to lead the core accounting function, drive GAAP-compliant close processes, and partner with Corporate Accounting leadership to support growth. You will set objectives, manage relationships, and drive process improvements across the month-end close.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in fintech/SaaS or Big 4 environments, strong NetSuite expertise, CPA preferred, and proven ability to scale financial operations with a high-growth company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership roles in fintech, SaaS, or Big 4 environments.
• Advanced proficiency with NetSuite and reconciliation software.
• CPA license (preferred) and strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes under US GAAP.
• Embed into Corporate Accounting to establish and maintain accounting processes.
• Drive process automation and SOX-ready internal controls.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and Product on new product launches.
