Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking a Program Collections Manager to oversee OPR and Cost Share collections, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely cash application. The role leads a team, partners with finance and operations, and drives improvements in processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in place of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Program Collections team.
• Ensure OPRs and cost share invoices are accurate, supported, validated, and compliant before initiating collection efforts.
• Oversee participant, employee, and employer communications related to amounts owed.
• Ensure timely collection, application, tracking, and reconciliation of payments received.
• Coordinate the pass-through of cost share payments to the state with reliable tracking and reporting.
• Drive collection performance by analyzing trends and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure garnishments and child support withholdings are entered timely and accurately.
• Lead process improvements to reduce repeat errors and disputes.
