Job summary

EnergyHub is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the month-end close end-to-end and act as the technical anchor of the accounting function. You will partner with Alarm.com during close, drive scalable processes, and support ERP migration while aligning with Finance leadership.

The role requires a CPA, 6+ years of accounting in public/private settings, and deep U.S. GAAP knowledge. Remote-ready in the United States with collaboration across teams to enable accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private env.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge with technical accounting interest.
• Ability to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and quarter-end close with accuracy and timeliness.
• Redesign the close process to build scalable workflows and controls.
• Serve as escalation point for complex accounting matters (ASC 606).
• Partner with Alarm.com corporate accounting as the close liaison.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accounting guidance and context.
• Play a key role in ERP migration and expanding team responsibilities.
