DensityAI, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Accounting Generalist in Mountain View, CA to own the full accounting cycle—from journal entries to reconciliations and reporting schedules.

Reporting to the Controller, you will handle AP, payroll, T&E, fixed assets, and lease accounting while helping build scalable processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP, plus Ramp and related tools.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with AP and month-end close.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and ability to prepare reconciliations and schedules.
• Hands-on with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and surrounding stack (Ramp, Rippling, Bill.com, Navan, Expensify).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile high transaction volumes accurately.

Aufgaben

• Prepare month-end and quarter-end close activities—journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and amortization schedules.
• Manage the AP cycle in Ramp, vendor inquiries, and 3-way matching against POs and receipts.
• Prepare audit-ready workpapers and support year-end audit and financial statements.
• Contribute to internal controls and scalable processes as the business grows.
