Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior accounting professional to own the general ledger and lead monthly and annual close cycles for a fast-growing data-center infrastructure company. You will coordinate with FP&A, Tax, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and maintain robust internal controls.

You will leverage NetSuite daily, Excel for complex analyses, and have experience with ERP implementations and multi-entity accounting.

Qualifications

Own the general ledger function, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Led month-end or year-end close and met deadlines.
Deep knowledge of US GAAP with ability to explain accruals to auditors.
Experience improving accounting processes midstream.
Proficient in NetSuite daily and Excel for complex tasks.
Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or upgrades.
Able to manage multiple close cycles and audits concurrently.
CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
Bonus: multi-entity and multi-currency accounting experience.

Responsibilities

Own the general ledger function end to end, overseeing journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation.
Lead month-end and year-end close, coordinating FP&A, Tax, and Operations to ensure timely closes.
Collaborate with finance leadership and external auditors to maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
Develop and refine accounting processes and controls to scale with Fluidstack’s growth.
