• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Preferred Rental Series experience.
• Experience working with equipment sales, rental, or service operations.
• CPA or CMA designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Accounts Receivable and Billing team
• Oversee customer billing, collections, and AR
• Provide oversight of Accounts Payable activities
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals
• Monitor AR aging and improve collections/DSO
• Serve as a key internal resource for NetSuite ERP
• Support Rental Series accounting and billing processes
• Develop and improve accounting procedures, workflows, and internal controls
• Partner with Sales, Rental, Service, and Operations to resolve issues
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, reporting, and special projects
• Provide backup support to the Controller as needed

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in San Jose This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing key accounting functions including Accounts Receivable Billing Accounts Payable month end close and account reconciliations The Accounting Manager will supervise a team of three and work closely with the Controller and other departments to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Accounts Receivable and Billing team
