Job summary

CFS is seeking a newly created Accounting Manager role in a PE-backed, growing organization where you’ll build leadership experience, gain executive exposure, and expand responsibilities as the business scales. This position offers a clear trajectory into broader finance leadership as the company doubles in size over the next few years.

You will lead the local accounting team, partner with senior finance leaders, and help shape scalable processes across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including strong month-end close experience.
• Experience leading or developing accounting staff.
• Strong Excel skills; multi-entity and manufacturing experience are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and accounting activities across a multi-entity environment.
• Manage and develop the accounting team while overseeing transactional accounting.
• Support financial reporting, P&L consolidation, inventory accounting, and sales tax activities.
• Strengthen accounting processes and controls as the organization continues to scale.

Target Compensation

$120K–$130K base + bonus
