Job summary

Synergy Search is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the monthly close process and ensure the integrity of financial statements for a growing multi-entity organization. You will own reporting and budgeting as the organization scales.

Responsibilities include consolidating financials, preparing executive reporting packages, driving the annual budget, analyzing variances with department leaders, and managing a small team in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting/finance experience, ideally including public accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and hands-on Excel skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset in a fast-evolving environment.
