Job summary

3 Bridge Networks is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, own the close and reporting process, and build scalable controls in a fast-growing environment. You will work closely with the Controller and finance leadership with broad visibility across the business.

The role includes oversight of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and statements, plus mentoring staff and driving ERP improvements as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or complex environments preferred.
• Prior public accounting experience is a plus.
• Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting systems skills.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and review teams.
• Highly organized and analytical with balanced strategic and hands-on accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee general ledger activity and compliance with GAAP, policies, and controls.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members and foster a collaborative culture.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and operations.
• Support annual audit, tax compliance, and external reporting.
• Review complex/non-routine transactions and system enhancements or acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules prepared by the accounting team.
• Oversee general ledger activity and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reporting packages, and variance analyses.
• Manage, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and operational initiatives.
• Support the annual audit, tax compliance, and other external reporting requirements.
• Review accounting treatment for complex and non-routine transactions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, streamline processes, and automate manual accounting workflows.Assist with ERP enhancements, system implementations, acquisitions, and other strategic projects as the company continues to grow.
• Serve as a trusted resource to leadership by providing thoughtful analysis and practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and the month-end close process.
• Experience working in a high-growth, multi-entity, or complex operating environment preferred.
• Prior public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and review the work of others.
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on accounting responsibilities.
