Job summary

Titan Talent is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own the month-end close and deliver strategic financial reporting from a growth‑oriented organization in Michigan. You will drive key initiatives with leadership and ensure strong internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and comfort with ERP systems like Sage Intacct. CPA or MBA credentials are welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Sage Intacct is a plus.
• CPA or MBA credentials are welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Lead month end close and account reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Establish and maintain accounting controls and procedures.
• Support the Controller on key financial initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
