Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is partnering with a PE-backed infrastructure company in The Woodlands, TX, to hire an experienced Accounting Manager. You will own accounting end-to-end for a major construction asset and collaborate with senior leadership in a fast-growing, hands-on environment.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of EPC/construction accounting, strong skills in WIP, CIP, budgets and project reporting, and a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, ideally within EPC, construction, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong experience with WIP, construction-in-progress (CIP), project costs, budgets, commitments, and project-level financial reporting.
• Ability to independently own the accounting function and operate in a hands-on environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Connect Search is partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed infrastructure company in The Woodlands that is looking to add an experienced Accounting Manager to its team.

This company operates at the intersection of AI, hyperscale data centers, energy, and large-scale infrastructure development. This is a newly created role with significant visibility and the opportunity to get in early with a growing organization.

This person will essentially serve as the accounting owner for a major construction asset, managing the accounting end-to-end and working closely with senior leadership.

What they’re looking for:

• 10+ years of accounting experience, ideally within EPC, construction, or large-scale infrastructure
• Strong experience with WIP, construction-in-progress (CIP), project costs, budgets, commitments, and project-level financial reporting
• Ability to independently own the accounting function and operate in a hands-on environment
