Fort Worth-based, PE-backed industrial platform seeks a high-caliber Accounting Manager to join the leadership team. This build-and-scale role reports to the Controller and offers exposure to CFO leadership as the #2 in accounting. The position emphasizes acquisitions, process improvement, and building scalable financials.

You will own month-end close, consolidations, cost and margin analysis, and internal controls while partnering with operations to drive performance and growth.

Formación

• Strong manufacturing/industrial/distribution accounting experience.
• Hands-on cost accounting and inventory background.
• Public accounting plus industry experience preferred.
• Multi-entity and/or acquisition integration experience a plus.

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed industrial platform in Fort Worth that is looking to add a high-caliber Accounting Manager to its leadership team.

This is a true build-and-scale opportunity, not a role where you simply inherit established processes and maintain the status quo.

Through aggressive acquisition-driven growth, the company has scaled to approximately $750M in revenue with a national footprint and continues to expand. With that growth comes significant investment in talent, systems, processes, and accounting infrastructure.

The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller and have meaningful exposure to CFO leadership, serving as a highly visible #2 within the accounting organization.
