Job summary

Cuidado-Casero-Home-Health- is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls in a healthcare setting.

You will manage GL, A/P, A/R, payroll, month-end close, and support budgeting and strategic decision-making with leadership, delivering timely financial information and ensuring compliance with GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, financial compliance, and audit preparation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the organization's daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial controls. This position manages general accounting functions, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end and year-end close, budgeting support, and financial reporting.The Accounting Manager ensures compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate financial records.
