Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years leading and developing accounting teams.
• Strong expertise in month-end close, financial reporting, AR, AP, GL operations, internal controls, and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, post-implementation remediation, and process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or life sciences environment.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and collaborate effectively across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT functions.

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations across AR, AP, and GL functions, while managing and developing a team of accounting professionals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial reporting, account reconciliations, audits, and compliance activities.
• Drive accounting process standardization, internal controls, KPI development, and operational improvements to support scalable growth.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support ERP enhancement efforts, resolve system challenges, and implement sustainable accounting solutions.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected salary range for this role is $130,000-$145,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
