Job summary

CFS is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead a talented accounting team and drive accurate financial reporting.

This role manages month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, oversees intercompany accounting, and strengthens internal controls while partnering with Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, and global leaders. Hybrid work with flexible in-office days enhances collaboration within an international company known for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial controls.
• ERP experience required; Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• Public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage and develop corporate accounting staff and shared services accounting resources.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and issue resolution.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process documentation.
• Support audits, system implementations, and accounting transformation initiatives.
