Ideal candidates hold a CPA, with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Manage general ledger activities and ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
• Oversee fixed assets, leases, and other key accounting functions while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Supervise, develop, and mentor accounting team members while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
