Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is representing a growing manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Manager who will own core accounting operations and lead a small team. This role offers visibility with senior leadership and involvement in process improvements and internal controls.

The position features a hybrid work schedule, a target base salary of $120,000–$130,000 with bonus potential, and participation in a bonus and equity program aligned with company success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA designation preferred and strongly valued.
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• SOX compliance and internal controls experience in public/complex orgs.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and cost accounting activities, including manufacturing variance analysis.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee accruals, accounts payable, payroll, compensation, and debt-related accounting.
• Prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and audit support schedules.
• Supervise and develop two accountants while strengthening SOX controls and accounting processes.
