Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the end-to-end accounting function in a stable, family-owned manufacturing environment. You will partner with ownership on financial strategy and drive operational improvements, with direct training and succession planning from the retiring manager.

Responsibilities include full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, month-end close, inventory accounting, BOM reporting, and real estate accounting activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience within manufacturing or inventory-driven environments.
• Strong ERP system experience (Infor Visual or similar), QuickBooks, and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory accounting, bill of materials, and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle accounting operations from transaction processing through financial reporting.
