Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain integrity of financial statements
• Manage inventory accounting, including tracking, valuation, and reconciliation
• Review and prepare accruals and reserves in accordance with GAAP
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations to support financial accuracy and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls

Requirements

• 8-10 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Hands‑on experience with inventory accounting and understanding of cost accounting
• Proven experience managing month‑end close and balance sheet processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA is a plus)
