Accounting Manager | Nashville, TN | Full-Time | On-Site | Salary Range $105k-$115k annually
Not every accounting position is about maintaining the status quo.
Ours isn't.
We're looking for an Accounting Manager who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and making things work better. If you thrive on taking ownership, creating efficiencies, and becoming a trusted financial resource—not just closing the books each month—you'll fit right in.
You’ll work directly with our CFO to help maintain a strong and reliable financial foundation for a growing entertainment company. From managing the accounting cycle and refining processes to producing accurate financial information and supporting sound business decisions, your work will have a meaningful impact on the organization.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to understand the details, step in and perform accounting activities when needed, and take ownership of responsibilities through completion. You’ll also be responsible for developing and directing the accounting support function, initially providing direction and oversight to our third-party bookkeeper.
As additional accounting and administrative support is added, routine transactional and administrative activities will transition to support staff, allowing you to devote more time to close, reporting, account analysis, controls, process improvement, and oversight of the accounting function.
While the work is meaningful and challenging, the environment is anything but ordinary. As part of our team, you’ll have opportunities to experience Nashville’s entertainment industry firsthand through artist events, concerts, and other unique experiences.
If you’re looking for a position where your ideas matter, your contributions are recognized, and you have the autonomy to take ownership of your work, we’d love to start a conversation.
No two days are exactly alike, but your responsibilities will include:
Experience with the following is strongly preferred:
Music or entertainment industry experience is preferred but not required. Strong accounting fundamentals, initiative, judgment, and the ability to work independently are more important.
This position carries significant fiduciary responsibility and requires the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. You’ll have access to confidential financial information, company operations, and relationships with artists and other high‑profile clients.
Final candidates should expect a comprehensive background check, employment verification, professional reference checks, and execution of confidentiality agreements as part of our hiring process.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to do more than manage the numbers—to take ownership of your work, improve accounting processes, direct an accounting support function, and be part of Nashville’s vibrant entertainment industry—we’d love to hear from you.
