Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, from public accounting or industry.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial statement preparation for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Account reconciliations and journal entries across a diverse client portfolio.
• Payroll processing, including weekly and biweekly cycles, payroll tax returns, and sales tax filings.
• Review of work product for two accounting staff members on more complex engagements.
• Client relationship management and proactive deadline coordination.
