Job summary

Chief of Staff is partnering with a well-established family-owned real estate company in Johnson County to hire an Accounting Manager who will own the full accounting function for a multi-property portfolio. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in property management or real estate.
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi, and/or QuickBooks is a strong plus.
• Corporate or larger-company experience is valued

They’ve been building, developing, and managing properties across the Midwest for over a century, with a portfolio centered on multifamily apartment communities along with commercial and retail properties.

This is a chance to step into a key leadership seat at a stable, respected company with a structured handoff from the current accounting leader.
