We are a dynamic and expanding Real Estate Company seeking an Accounting Manager to join our leadership team. This role will work closely with management to implement structural changes and drive efficiency in our accounting and finance operations.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and annual budgets.
• Identify inefficiencies, detect revenue leaks, and recommend solutions.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the accounting and finance department.
• Lead and mentor the Accounting & Finance team to support company growth.
• Provide analytical insights to assist executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting leadership, preferably in real estate, property management, or development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational improvements.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Track record of creating SOPs and optimizing accounting workflows.
