Position Overview

A growing Midland-based organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and provide leadership to the accounting team. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys staying involved in the details while also managing people, deadlines, and financial reporting.

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, strengthening accounting processes, and ensuring the team consistently meets reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
