CFS in Indianapolis is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the leadership team and take full ownership of the accounting function. You will drive month-end close, financial reporting, AIA billing, and WIP processes while partnering with an external CPA firm.

The role offers autonomy, collaboration with senior leaders, and opportunities to implement new technologies and formal SOPs. A clear path exists to grow into a Controller-level position within a stable, established organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of accounting experience with Accounting Manager experience preferred.
• Construction accounting experience including AIA billing and WIP reporting.
• Strong QuickBooks experience required.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial reporting and month-end close activities.
• Manage WIP reporting and construction accounting functions.
• Oversee AIA billing processes.
• Coordinate year-end audit activities.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and SOPs.
• Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
