The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience to drive process improvements and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with general ledger systems and ERP platforms.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger activities.
• Partner with external auditors during audits and reviews.
