Job summary

CFS in Bartlett, IL is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own accounting operations across multiple entities. You will lead a small team, supervise month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting for manufacturing and real estate activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or an inventory-driven environment.
• Experience with inventory accounting, BOMs, and multi-entity reporting.
• Strong ERP experience including QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage manufacturing and inventory accounting, including BOMs and inventory controls.
• Oversee accounting for real estate activities, including tenant billing and tax reconciliations.

Your Day-to-Day as an Accounting Manager
