Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Manufacturing industry experience with cost accounting.
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Partner with operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs and profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Lead and develop accounting staff while driving process improvements.
