Accounting Manager – Leases, Fixed Assets, Oracle

Our client, a highly respected and privately held company in the food & beverage industry, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager to lead its leases and fixed assets function while managing key accounting operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with real estate, construction, and maintenance teams, influence process improvements, and support major system rollouts — all within a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a small accounting team, fostering professional growth and a culture of care.
• Oversee day-to-day general ledger, accounts payable, and procurement functions.
• Manage lease accounting, fixed asset tracking, and Oracle Projects enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.
• Play a key role in period-end close, audits, and special projects including fixed asset system conversion.

What We’re Looking For

• CPA license required, with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (public/private mix preferred).
• 2–5 years of leadership experience; hands-on management style a must.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Comfortable working onsite in Irvine and open to relocation to another headquarters location long-term.
