Job summary

• Support carried interest, GP entity, and related accounting/reporting activities
• Assist with capital activity, internal entity reporting, and other ad hoc analyses
• Partner with external auditors to support the year-end audit
• Help administer and improve finance systems including process redesign and future implementations

The firm invests primarily in North American companies across business and consumer services, healthcare, industrials, and technology, partnering with management teams to support growth and operational improvements.
