Job summary

Arrow Search Partners in Boston is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support private equity and private credit activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and collaboration with fund finance teams.

The role requires 4-6 years of accounting experience, familiarity with public accounting and management company accounting, and CPA preferred. Experience with financial systems and AI in accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage expense allocation, reimbursement, and other management-company accounting processes
• Partner with fund accounting, treasury, tax, legal and other internal teams on accounting and reporting matters
• Support carried interest, GP entity, and related accounting/reporting activities
• Assist with capital activity, internal entity reporting, and other ad hoc analyses
• Partner with external auditors to support the year-end audit
• Help administer and improve finance systems including process redesign and future implementations
