Addison Group in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting for a growing multi-location organization. This is a great step up from Senior Accountant into a management role.

You will manage GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and audits, partnering with operations across locations to improve processes and accuracy.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Full-cycle accounting experience including month-end close.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Take ownership of the full accounting cycle and ensure financial information is accurate and timely.
• Prepare and review financial statements and financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support internal controls.
• Assist with audits, tax-related activities, fixed assets, and other accounting projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.
• Partner with operational leadership to support financial needs across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Take ownership of the full accounting cycle and ensure financial information is accurate and timely.
• Prepare and review financial statements and financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience; strong Senior Accountants ready to grow into management will be considered.
• Demonstrated full-cycle accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
