Job summary

Ally Financial offers a three-year ALDP rotation in Detroit, exposing you to Automotive Finance, Corporate Finance, and Consolidations while pursuing CPA eligibility. You’ll gain hands-on accounting experience within Ally's Controller's organization and build a strong professional network in a Fortune 500 company.

The program starts in June 2028 and requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028. Authorized US work status is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Interest in pursuing CPA certification.
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Rotate through three accounting fields within the Controller's organization across 12-month periods.
Assist with tax provisions, disclosures, and tax planning activities.
Support external/regulatory reporting and SEC filings as needed.
Contribute to internal controls, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
