Job summary

Ally Financial offers the Finance Management Program (FMP) designed for top talent in finance and analytics. The program provides four, 6‑month rotations across the CFO Group, including FP&A, Treasury, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Risk Finance, to develop strategic finance core competencies.

Participants will gain experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting while collaborating with MBAs, CFAs, and CPAs.

Qualifications

0+ years of experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
High school diploma or GED equivalen t.
Pursuing undergrad/masters considered for rotation start July 2027.

Responsibilities

Support budgeting and financial planning for Ally’s business lines (Auto Finance, Insurance, Ally Bank).
Perform financial analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Produce reports and attribution analyses for senior leadership.
Produce month-end reconciliations and journal entries.
Develop presentations and dashboard reports for senior leaders and partners.
Collaborate with internal partners; assist data aggregation and visualization projects.
