Job summary

Ally Financial offers a three-year ALDP rotation in Detroit, exposing you to Automotive Finance, Corporate Finance, and Consolidations while pursuing CPA eligibility. You’ll gain hands-on accounting experience within Ally's Controller's organization and build a strong professional network in a Fortune 500 company.

The program starts in June 2028 and requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028. Authorized US work status is required.

As a full-time team member within the Controller's organization, you'll gain hands-on experience, develop technical expertise, and build a strong professional network within a Fortune 500 company.Through this three-year rotational program, you'll complete three immersive 12-month rotations across multiple accounting functions, providing broad exposure to Ally's business, financial operations, and leadership opportunities.
