You’ll process invoices, reconcile store reports, assist with month‑end and year‑end activities, and help with audits and inventory. Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, plus excellent organization and communication, are essential to keeping

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accurate coding and documentation.
• Reconcile daily store sales reports and deposits.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
• Greet visitors and support front-office activities.
• Coordinate office supplies and serve as a point of contact for departments.
