Job summary

FOX in Los Angeles seeks a Manager of Accounting & Financial Reporting to lead the monthly close and ensure accurate financial reporting for the Digital & Technology arm. You will own P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations, validate results, and partner with FP&A and external vendors.

Responsibilities include managing Procure-to-Pay, vendor inquiries, approvals, and process improvements to drive efficiency and internal controls. The role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within public accounting or a large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and working knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes for the Operating Division with accurate general ledger recording.
• Analyze spending and review accrual entries to ensure completeness and accuracy of costs.
• Serve as SME on monthly financial results, articulating drivers of spend and variances to stakeholders.
• Partner with operational leaders and FP&A to investigate variances and support reporting deliverables.
• Oversee reconciliation of key Balance Sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
