Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting to join the Finance team supporting the Digital & Technology operations. You will oversee month-end close, reconcile balance sheet and P&L, and ensure accurate financial reporting while partnering with stakeholders and suppliers.

This role leads Procure-to-Pay, vendor management, invoicing, PO compliance, and process improvements. You will collaborate with FP&A during budget/forecast cycles and support internal controls and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in public accounting or large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close/General Accounting for the Operating Division, overseeing third-party costs and general ledger entries.
• Analyze spending, review accruals, and articulate drivers of variances for P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay processes, vendor management, invoicing, and approvals.
• Coordinate with FP&A on budgets/forecasts and support reporting deliverables.
• Support SOX controls and internal/external audit requests.
