The position oversees the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, manages vendor inquiries, and supports audits and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close for the Operating Division and oversee third-party goods/services expense and proper coding.
• Perform reconciliations of key Balance Sheet accounts and analyze variances.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay processes, vendor management, invoice processing, and approvals.
• Collaborate with FP&A and operational teams to explain spend drivers and prepare reporting deliverables.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure SOX controls documentation and compliance.
• Reconcile embedded cost reports and respond to ad hoc financial inquiries.

The Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting is responsible for the financial integrity and operational oversight of the Digital & Technology P&L, managing monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting. In addition, this role serves as a key business partner to operational stakeholders and external suppliers across all purchasing and invoicing activities. The Manager oversees the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, collaborating cross-functionally to drive financial discipline, process efficiency, and strong internal controls. This position plays a critical role in validating financial results, including reconciliation of the full Balance Sheet and P&L, investigating variances, and ensuring reported results align with business expectations.The Manager exercises strong independent judgment in resolving issues, demonstrates ownership, and consistently delivers high-quality, timely results without the need for constant supervision. Additionally, this role collaborates with the FP&A team during budget and forecast cycles to support planning activities and ensure alignment between actual results and forward-looking projections.
