Job summary

TownSq is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist – Accounting to deliver expert financial training and real-world workflows on ERP platforms. You will tailor content to accounting professionals, explain complex concepts clearly, and facilitate hands-on practice like journal entries and reconciliations for a diverse learner base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent accounting certification preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting roles.
• Experience with financial systems, ERPs, accounting software, or SaaS financial modules.
• Prior training, workshop facilitation, or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and ERP workflows.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate accounting terminology into learner-friendly examples.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability during live training.
• Work location: DFW, on-site 5 days per week; Travel 20-25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training on financial management systems, ERP modules, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Facilitate sessions for accounting audiences, including AP/AR specialists, accountants, controllers, and finance leaders.
• Partner with L&D Specialists and Instructional Designers to co-create facilitator guides and demos.
• Lead hands-on practice such as journal entries, AP workflows, reporting drills, and reconciliations.
• Adjust pacing and depth based on learners’ accounting backgrounds and roles.
• Provide feedback to curriculum teams on learner challenges and workflow improvements.
