Job summary

TownSq is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist – Accounting to design and deliver interactive training on financial management and ERP modules for internal teams and external clients. You will translate complex accounting workflows into engaging sessions, using real-world scenarios and hands-on practice to deepen understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA/CMA preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with financial systems, ERPs, or SaaS financial modules.
• Prior training or workshop facilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training on financial management systems, ERP modules, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Facilitate sessions for accounting audiences (AP/AR, controllers, finance leaders).
• Adapt content to client’s chart of accounts, controls, and business rules.
