Job summary

Talent Corps in Dallas, TX is seeking a Controller to lead our accounting team, partner with the CFO, and bring clarity to financial reporting during a regional growth phase. You will own the close, build internal controls, supervise AP/AR/tax support, guide an ERP transition to Sage Intacct, and mentor staff while balancing big-picture decisions with hands-on work.

Required: 8+ years of accounting leadership, CPA preferred, multi-entity experience, and strong knowledge of ERP systems such as

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership responsibility.
Experience owning month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
Understanding of multi-entity and multi-state accounting and revenue recognition.
Experience implementing or upgrading an ERP system.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax support team.
Own the close process, financial statements, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Build strong internal controls and improve team effectiveness.
Lead audit coordination and work with leaders across the company on financial decisions.
Drive ERP transition and establish scalable processes for growth.
