Responsibilities
- Answer switchboard and route calls.
- Process audit batches and posting.
- Enter accounts payable.
- Manage files: A/P docs, CES, contracts.
- Code freight invoices and HQ invoicing.
- Post sales and purchases to inventory worksheets.
- Pull Whitesell rep commission package and forward to Controller.
- Enter daily exchange rates.
- Issue A/P checks twice a month.
- File A/P documents/invoices.
- File new CES and credit limit renewal packets.
- File new contracts.
- Back up for Accounting A/P Supervisor when she is out.
- Back up SCM Supervisor in inventory receiving.
