Accounting Coordinator

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Coordinator:

• Process accounts payable invoices and manage purchase orders
• Support accounts receivable and monthly project billing activities
• Maintain and reconcile inventory records and physical counts
• Assist with construction billing documentation (AIA, lien waivers)
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams on billing and payment issues

Qualifications for the Accounting Coordinator:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems (Dynamics a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
