Job summary

H Mart in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Accounting Clerk to provide essential support to the Accounting Specialists and department. Responsibilities include data entry, invoice processing in SAP S/4HANA, and handling various duties and special projects.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of office experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team. Training is provided, and bilingual Korean/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• 4–5 years experience in a professional, detail-oriented office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Comfortable navigating basic computer software; training provided.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments, inputting all data into the accounting system (SAP S/4HANA).
• Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
• Review and verify departmental expense reports to ensure GAAP compliance and company policies.
• Process store gift certificates.
• Verify and reconcile store and other related reports.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
