Job summary

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in accounting or business, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel/Word. Korean language skills are required; US work eligibility is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field; equivalent experience may count.
• 1–3 years of experience in an applicable field; extensive training provided.
• General understanding of accounting processes and functions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA Cloud is a plus.
• Korean language skills required (reading, writing, speaking).
• Eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments and input all data in accounting system (SAP S/4 HANA).
• Prepare operational expenditure payment batch.
• Review and verify expense reports for compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Reconcile operational expense accounts for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Manage prepaid, accrued, and other expense accounts and schedules.
• Manage and track corporate fixed assets with depreciation schedules.
• Monitor and reconcile operational support inventory.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for operations expenses (balance sheets, income statements).
• Analyze spending trends to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Handle other special projects as assigned.
