H MART - CA Warehouse | HML in Whittier, CA is seeking an accounting clerk to support invoicing, payments, and expense reporting. You will work with SAP S/4HANA and Excel/Word, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing payment batches, reconciling reports, and assisting with special projects. Must be able to communicate in Korean and work well in a cross-functional team.

Competenze

• Eligible to work in the US.
• 4-5 years experience in a professional office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Korean language required; basic English comprehension.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA) is a plus but not required.

Description

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments, inputting all data into the accounting system (SAP S/4HANA).
• Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
• Review and verify departmental expense reports to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policies.
• Process store gift certificates.
• Verify and reconcile store and other related reports.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Equivalent experience and bookkeeping knowledge a plus, BUT not required. H Mart provides an extensive training program; candidates with basic office experience will be considered.
• 4-5 years experience working in a professional, detail-oriented office environment.
• Comfortable navigating basic computer software (training for specific business software will be provided).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with computerized accounting or ERP systems (such as SAP R/3 or S/4HANA Cloud) is a plus BUT not required.
• Must speak, read, and write Korean; basic English comprehension required.
