This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions using Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and communicating with internal departments, customers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily sales invoices into the NAV accounts receivable (AR) system
• Enter daily vendor invoices into the NAV accounts payable (AP) system
• Issue urgent checks as requested and process payment journal entries
• Allocate and record temporary labor and manpower-related expenses
• Record daily expense transactions, including equipment lease and credit card expenses
• Allocate and record life insurance and health insurance expenses
• Review and verify accounting entries interfaced through company systems
• Communicate with other branches, internal departments, customers, and vendors regarding accounting matters
• Monitor and reconcile assigned account balances, investigate discrepancies, and make necessary corrections
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including secure filing, storage, and disposal of documents
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, mailing, and other related tasks as needed

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV required
